Data and operational analytics

We put process data in one place: import, dashboards, reports, and metrics that the team and management see the same way.

What this direction covers

Excel/CSV or API import, operations dashboards, scheduled reports, exports, and KPI tracking. Analytics reads cabinet data — statuses, operations, a period — not a side spreadsheet next to the system.

Where this already runs in the products

RiskBoard imports operations from Excel/CSV, scores them, and shows a risk-concentration dashboard. SecBoard gathers reports and evidence in the security process. Cargo CRM tracks shipment statuses and manager metrics. HomeBoard records camera events for later review.

When this page fits

When operations live in scattered files, management has no single picture, and reports are assembled by hand. Then a dedicated data layer in the platform makes sense: import → metrics → report, with roles and history.

Questions

  1. Is this a standalone BI product like Power BI? No. We embed dashboards and reports in a working platform: the data and the process already live in the cabinet; analytics reads them there.
  2. Which import formats do you support? Live products already use Excel/CSV (RiskBoard) and API exchange. For a new platform the format is fixed in the brief.
  3. How is this different from AI analytics? Here the focus is import, dashboards, and scheduled reports. AI is added on top of metrics already computed — see the AI business platforms page.
  4. Where should we start? Describe which data you already have (a file, a system, a period) and which metrics or reports you need first. That is enough to judge an MVP.
